Revolution Magazine is premium WordPress theme that’s ideal for online magazines and/or blogs looking to obtain a unique professional look. It’s built for daily posting, displaying video and is easily monetized with ads.
This template really stands out from the rest with it’s color scheme and built in features. I like the clean three column layout for the home page, two levels of header tabs, well positioned ad spots, it’s widget-ready, and a fairly easy installation process. You’ll need to install a few plugins as well which are explained in the readme documentation.
In my opinion, it’s worth spending the $80 and buying this template (or one of the other premium WordPress themes). I’ve personally purchased a few myself and was very happy doing so. Not only did it almost instantly give my site a professional look, it also freed up my time for web site strategy vs design.
