Here is the latest JCE Editor for JOOMLA 1.5 (2008.08.29) with the admin component, the plugin, JCE Utilities Plugin and all the extended pluginzzz such as Image Manager extended (Extension of the Image Manager plugin adding thumbnailing, resizing, rotating, popups and tooltips), File manager extended (Insert file links with icon, date and size), Media Manager (Embed media files (Quicktime, Windows Media, Flash, Flash Video, Google Video, Youtube, Shockwave, Real Media, DivX) into content items Includes a dedicated FLV Player (Updated!).
This is the best editor for Joomla

Install first the component, then the plugin, then JCE Utilities publish it, then the plugz.
