Related links for Joomla lets you create relationships between one article and another. Instead of using keywords in the meta data - we took inspiration from Jonathon Cameron's Attachment component and made a similar type extension with related links.

Commisioned by Joomkit and coded by Kevin Epps, this lets you actually link one article to another and dispaly the relaed item in a module or in the foot of the article.
